Arc Raiders has a bunch of different materials and items you can find across categories. One of the rarer items are Synthesized Fuel, which is needed to upgrade your explosive bench to level two, allowing you to craft rare greandes and mines.

Here is where you can find it consistently, if you are first to the area or rooms in question.
Synthesized Fuel can be found in any location that has Exodus resources. These are shown on the map and include the Rocket Assembly on Spaceport and the Assembly area on Stella Montis.
These are the two main locations that the big red barrels can be found. They won’t appear consistently in the same spots, but you can usually find a few lying around and in breachable and open lockers and items.
Alternatively, you can get Synthesized Fuel by scrapping Wolfpack Grenades. Finally, you can also purchase a few from Celeste every day, although there is a cap on how many you can buy each day.
