Heize released her tenth mini-album “LOVE VIRUS Pt.1” on November 27.
“LOVE VIRUS Pt.1” is an album that depicts the process of love spreading like an infection, causing errors, and ultimately remaining as an indelible memory. The album includes six tracks. The title track ‘Love Virus (Feat. I.M)’ along with ‘Dawn Taxi (Feat. Lee Changseob)’, ‘Because of You’, ‘How Do I Look?’, ‘Final Goodbye’, and ‘Mirage.’
Heize demonstrated her true talent as a singer-songwriter by participating in the lyrics and composition of all tracks except the instrumental ‘Mirage’. Additionally, I.M and Lee Changseob participated as featured artists, and Dawn handled the concept photo shoot, foreshadowing a well-made album.
‘Love Virus (Feat. I.M)’ is a song that captures the duality of love, which becomes poison when painful and medicine when missed. Heize’s deep vocals precisely target the listeners’ emotions, completing a dense farewell sentiment that suits winter nights.
On the 26th, Heize released a music video teaser for ‘Love Virus (Feat. I.M)’ through her official SNS channels, completing pre-promotion for her comeback. The video includes scenes of a couple falling in love, Heize pushing the man away, and her subsequent loneliness, raising anticipation for the full music video.
Meanwhile, Heize will meet fans by holding the ‘2025 Heize Concert [Heize City: Love Virus]’ at Myeonghwa Live Hall in Seoul from December 26th to 28th.
