For Your Viewing Pleasure: Play on Angles

Welcome back to another instalment of For Your Viewing Pleasure, where we take time out of the week to curate a set of photos from the K-pop landscape.

It is easy for an outfit to look unappealing when photographed poorly, and that is a real waste of a good fit. That being said, drawing the eye to particular parts of an outfit, making it look even more charming and stylish, isn’t exactly difficult. A quick play on angles can make a boring picture or simple clothes appear dynamic and fashionable. Crush does this exceptionally well in this photo here, with the top-down shot and his raised arm making a triangular arch mid-photo. Our eye is immediately drawn to his bracelet, making it stand out. Similarly, Eunchae does wonderfully in using different leg postures to create unusual angles and draw our attention to her shoes and socks. If you are feeling bored by your outfit or OOTD shots, try a different angle and you might be surprised.
