Los Angeles-based dark music provocateurs Patriarchy are set to defile European stages this spring as they embark on a new tour timed with the release of their forthcoming third studio album, Manual For Dying. The tour will see the band headline intimate club shows and festival slots across the continent, with dates confirmed in Berlin, Paris, and Prague. Notably, they’ll also make their long-awaited debut at Wave Gotik Treffen, along with festival appearances at Wide Awake in England, Brutal Assault in Czechia, and Sonic Blast in Portugal.
Joining Patriarchy on select dates is Texas-based synth-pop favorite LLORA, whose support promises to add an extra layer of catchy 80s-style dance-driven music to add dynamic contrast to Patriarchy’s subversive stage theatrics.
In celebration of the tour announcement, Patriarchy has put out a limited vinyl run of their newly released live album, Suffer With Me. Captured during an impromptu release party—where the band surprised the crowd with an intimate, unforgettable performance—the record encapsulates the raw intensity and visceral energy of Patriarchy’s live experience.
“Live performance has always been just as important as recording music for us, it allows a transformation of our physical bodies and the songs themselves, and we’re pleased we can give the uninitiated a taste of what it’s like to be sweating and bleeding along with us in the Theater of Cruelty.”
