During Paris Fashion Week, the Californian was asked about his relationship with Ye by the NFR Podcast – to which he called him his “brother”.

The rapper then went on to confirm that: “‘Vultures 3’ on the way, [West’s upcoming solo album] ‘Bully’ on the way and my new album ‘Tycoon’ on the way. Let’s go!”

‘Vultures 3’ is supposed to be the final release in Ye and Dolla $ign’s ‘Vultures’ trilogy under their group name, ¥$. Their first joint album ‘Vultures 1’ was released on February 10 last year, followed by ‘Vultures 2’ – which dropped seven months later on August 3 and a deluxe version three days afterwards. The albums were meant to be released in quick succession, with the second and third instalments originally scheduled to come out in March and April 2024.

NME described ‘Vultures 1’ as being “far from one of his best efforts” and “mired in misogyny” in a two-star review. It had features from Freddie GibbsYGPlayboi CartiTravis Scott, Ye’s daughter North West and more.

‘Vultures 2’ also had verses from Future, Lil Durk, Lil Baby, Yuno Miles, Young Thug, Lil Wayne, Peso Pluma, Kid Cudi and more. North featured on the track ‘Bomb’ as well alongside her sister Chicago – both starring in the song’s music video released last November.

Last month, a lawsuit was filed against Ye and Dolla $ign, accusing them of not paying producers for their work on ‘Vultures 1’ and ‘Vultures 2’. Neither of the rappers have commented on the lawsuit and, at the time of writing, there have been no reports of the case being resolved.

Since the release of ‘Vultures’, Ye has been promoting the highly-anticipated ‘Bully’ – his first solo album since 2021’s ‘Donda’. He first teased the record at a “listening experience” in China last September, previewing a new song called ‘Beauty and the Beast’.

Whereas, ‘Tycoon’ will be the follow-up to 2020’s ‘Featuring Ty Dolla $ign’, making it Dolla $ign’s fourth solo studio album. In a four-star review, NME wrote: “Is ‘Featuring Ty Dolla $ign’ perfect? Not by any means – there’s sure to be filler across 25-tracks. However, when Ty is at his best, he soars vocally and continues to prove that he is both a hook and melody juggernaut.”

In other news, Ye will supposedly do a live stream in Japan with Twitch streamer Kai Cenat to further promote ‘Bully.

The Chicago star also confirmed his net worth, showing that he has become a billionaire once again.
