Ticket purchasing is insanely stressful, and we finally found a better solution. EasySeats, it’s in the name. Quick, smooth, easy ticket shopping. Unlike other companies, where multiple hosted events are available, or resold by 3rd party ticket sellers, such as SeatGeek, TicketMaster, etc., EasySeats, dedicates it’s time and attention to doing few major ticket drops. All 3rd party ticket services have a known notion of being no help when a problem occurs, or if a refund is needed. And the negative reviews on these companies keep piling up. While EasySeats is dominating competition, completely outdoing their competitors, especially with a highly responsive and helpful support team.
Uriel Carrillo, CEO & Founder of EasySeats, gave us the privilege to interview him, to get a bit more of a background into his rising company. Uriel starts off immediately with, “I saw so many ticket companies, and their reviews being terrible. My close friends even had terrible experiences with these companies first hand. I knew there had to be a solution to fixing this for the consumers’ sake. And so EasySeats was born”.
Uriel proclaims, “EasySeats is a first-hand ticket operator, working by drops, not events. Partnering with certain events, and managing it fully, then moving onto the next event once the initial one is complete. This ensures full support management per event, not missing a single consumer concern”. We also asked Uriel how they achieved direct, first-hand to consumer ticket access, and to drop them at retail pricing. His response, “Actually, a lot of contacts and friends I know are event managers at major entertainment companies such as, Rolling Loud, National Sports (such as NBA, NFL, etc.), Coachella, and so much more. It’s actually one of the reasons I started EasySeats knowing it would be successful. Without my network, we’d be just like those ridiculous 3rd party companies…”.
After the interview, we found some reviews of EasySeats, and compared it with 3rd party companies’ reviews. Another client, Natalie from Los Angeles, CA states, “This was a great experience with purchasing tickets through SeatGeek. Using the app was easy and the prices were great. I purchased tickets to an NFL game for my husband for Christmas. I was watching the same tickets on two different platforms. I ultimately went with Easy Seats because I truly felt the website was a friendly website to use. I would for sure recommend it to others”
Nearing the end of the interview, we asked Uriel what’s next for EasySeats, and he mentioned, “I have no clue honestly, I’m grateful our company is a solution for the people, and the people themselves have spoken about our companies’ reliability compared to others. It’s really just been an exponentially growing company, and it doesn’t look like it’s stopping soon”. Looking at EasySeats recent launch, all of their ticket drops have all sold out, every, single, time. Connecting fans to their favorite events. And keeping sure customers are satisfied, every step of the way.
