The Nintendo Switch 2 could launch with some big titles, according to a new report.

Nintendo unveiled the Switch 2 last week with a short, two-minute teaser that focused on the new console’s hardware. No games have been announced for the Switch 2 yet but the trailer did feature footage from what looks like a brand new Mario Kart game.
It’s also been confirmed that the Switch 2 will be backwards compatible, so gamers will still be able to play their current Switch titles on the new console. Nintendo has also announced a Switch 2 Direct presentation will take place April 2 to reveal more details about the console and hopefully what games will be launching.
The exact technical details about the new console have yet to be announced but according to leaks, the Switch 2 will come with 12GB of RAM compared to the Switch’s 4GB and 256GB of internal storage compared to the original Switch’s 32GB, meaning it should run faster and be able to handle more impressive graphics.
And according to a new report, that technical upgrade means a number of big games are set to come to the Switch 2. Insider eXtas1s has claimed six massive Xbox titles are set to come to Nintendo for the very first time including the previously-rumoured Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
Microsoft are also allegedly developing ports of Diablo 4, which is reportedly due out later this year, as well as Starfield, Fallout 4 and an unknown Call Of Duty title. The rumour was backed up by leaker PH Brazil. “Of all the companies that I’m aware of that are making Switch 2 games, the largest list of confirmed games is from Microsoft,” he said.
Earlier this year, it was reported a number of Xbox-exclusive titles such as Halo and Gears Of War would be coming to PlayStation.“I don’t think we should as an industry ever rule out a game going to any other platform,” Xbox boss Phil Spencer said last year.
eXtas1s has also said Elden Ring and Tekken 8 will be available for the Switch 2. Before that, it’s rumoured Nintendo have a Direct planned for next month that will focus on games for the original Switch.
In other news, Elon Musk has finally admitted to cheating in Diablo 4 and Path Of Exile 2. “The top accounts require multiple people playing the account to win a levelling race.”
