Adam Scott, Britt Lower, Zach Cherry and Patricia Arquette, who all play employees at the fictional biotechnology company Lumon Industries, acted inside a giant glass box replicating Lumon’s Macrodata Refinement department office.
The actors were seen cleaning the office carpet, completing mysterious data organising tasks on their computers and improvising conversations with each other, much to the delight of fans passing by.
The show’s director and producer Ben Stiller shared some images from the publicity stunt on his social media accounts.

The second season of the hit Apple TV+ show premieres this Friday (January 17). Its first two episodes will be available on this date with the remaining eight episodes released weekly up until the finale on March 21. It was reported that each episode has cost Apple $20million to make.
In a five-star review of season 2, NME wrote: “As things get all the more intriguing by the minute, Severance is a show best watched on high alert. For example, graffiti scrawled in the background reads “Who is alive?” By the time The Stone Roses’ ‘Love Spreads’ hits the soundtrack, with Ian Brown wailing “Let me put you in the picture / Let me show you what I mean”, you’ll be begging for the Severance team to do the same. Don’t stress it, though. Enjoy the ride and let this unique show tease and titillate your brain until you finally submit.”
