The British record producer took to his official YouTube channel to share an 18-minute-long film titled ‘2024’ which featured various highlights, moments and behind-the-scenes footage of his year.

Opening with Fred Again.. – real name Frederick Gibson – playing the keys from a dining room table, the film includes moments like Lil Yachty listening to a beat the producer plays for him, various soundchecks at different shows, practising sessions on the harp, a team up with The Japanese House for a performance at the Rising Sun pub in Somerset and a special moment in which he and Romy cover Billie Eilish‘s ‘What Was I Made For?’.

Along with his end-of-the-year recap video, Fred Again.. also shared two new videos from his first stadium show at the LA Memorial Coliseum. The producer shared his live performance of ‘Adore U’ with Obongjayar which saw the two sit in a seated section of the venue and perform the track from there.

His performance of ‘Strong’ with Romy during that show was also shared. “One of the maddest nights of my life. After we did the show, someone told me Romy spent the first half of the show on the floor in the crowd, watching and dancing around w everyone and then half way thru, when it was her moment, she jumped over the barrier and came up the steps onto the stage and played this wit me. then right back off, to the audience to dance the rest of the show,” Fred Again.. wrote in the video’s caption on YouTube. “Romy the rave angel everybody.”

The producer took over the LA Memorial Coliseum on June 14, 2024, marking the first time he has ever performed in a stadium. The gig came after his three-day Frost Amphitheatre residency in Stanford, California, where he previewed unreleased songs such as ‘Side By Side’.

Following his LA Memorial Coliseum show, Fred Again.. took over Reading Festival. In a four-star review of the show, NME shared: “Staring out at the hordes on one another’s shoulders as the fireworks light up the sky, gleaming in his Fontaines D.C. shirt (a band who laid claim to a future headline slot earlier today), he’s every bit the young fanboy he was at his first festival; a mirror to the sea of Reading revellers before him. He knows what they want, and he gives it to them. Fred Again.. redefines what an R&L headliner can be.”

Fred Again..’s latest release was his fourth studio album ‘Ten Days’. In a four-star review of the LP, NME shared: “It would be easy for Gibson to take the attention and acclaim surrounding him and return on this album with by-the-numbers, floor-filling bangers. Instead, he pushes deeper and comes up with something that’s both poignant and fun in equal measure – a solid gold record that leans into the little moments and produces pure, emotional magic that will ensure many more “biggg mad crazy” times in Fred Again..’s future ahead.”
