New and under-the-radar musicians never fail to impress me with their incredible creativity, and 2024 has continued that trend. Over the past 11 and a bit months there has been a wonderful array of new music in the Evolving Tunes playlist (updated weekly), and so to whittle it down to these 25 tracks was a challenge.
