Kesha has shared an empowering new single called ‘Delusional’. Check it out below.

Arriving today (November 29), the single comes on the heels of her summer anthem ‘Joyride’ and, like that track, is co-written alongside Madison Love and co-producer Zhone.
Kesha has been teasing the release in recent days and recently sparked backlash from some fans online after dropping the single artwork, which appeared to have been made using artificial intelligence.
On the cover, a bunch of leather handbags are seen strewn across the street with the word “delusional” spray-painted on each of them. However, many show the word misspelt while others seem to contain characters that don’t quite resemble real letters – as is a common issue in AI.
Now, the single has arrived, and it sees the singer confronting an ex who seems unable to face up to reality.
“You should pay me for all the hours/ That I let you in the presence of my power/ You had potential, but potential doesn’t matter/ I’m already long gone,” she sings in the opening verse, building up to the chorus.
“Baby, you’re delusional/ Thinking you could ever find somethin’ that’s as bеautiful/ Someone with a love likе mine/ I’m sick of the fightin’, sick of the climbin’/You made me hate this town”. Check it out below.
As well as sharing the single, Kesha also shared a number of updates on her X/Twitter page, insinuating that the single takes aim at one ex in particular.
Writing on Tuesday (November 26), she shared a tweet which read: “My ex should hide on Friday”, referring to the single release date. Two days later, she shared a screenshot of said-ex, who had been given the name ‘Delusional’ in her phone contacts, and a message they sent her which read “Hey”.
This was followed by another update, in which she shared a second screenshot of the person sending her a message reading: “Can I just call you and explain about those pictures that isn’t even my dick”.
Today, she shared a selfie on the platform to celebrate the single’s release, writing: “Happy delusional day to everybody except for my ex”, alongside a link to stream the song.
