It was recently revealed that Lady Gaga will headline the Friday night slot of Coachella 2025. Last month, she released “Disease,” the lead single off her upcoming seventh album. Gaga said that “Disease” is “facing myself and my inner darkness, and realizing that sometimes I can’t win or escape the parts of myself that scare me.” This year, Gaga starred as Harley Quinn in Joker: Folie A Deux, a sequel to the award-winning 2019 film Joker. She released a companion album, Harlequin, a collection of standards from the Great American Songbook as well as two original songs.

Mars recently appeared on Rosé’s “APT.,” which garnered over 100 million Spotify streams within its first week of release back in October. The lead single off Rosie hit No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100, making it the first song by a Western act to top the chart in more than 11 years. Mars and Rosé performed the collaboration for the first time at the MAMA Awards. Later in the evening, the duo accepted the global sensation award.
