Do You Need A New Xbox Series S | X or Console?

Xbox is pushing the idea that every device, including your smartphone, smart TV, handheld gaming device, and laptop, is technically an Xbox because of the Xbox Cloud Gaming / Xbox Game Pass service.

But let’s be honest: There is still no better feeling than powering up your console, picking up the sticks, and instantly gaming. With folks deeply concerned about prices increasing, buying a brand new Xbox Series S or X console could be pricey, but Microsoft is offering its latest consoles at refurbished prices.

Before you scoff at buying a preowned console, there are benefits to purchasing a refurbished console directly from Microsoft. The company promises that every console is “extensively screened, repaired, tested, and cleaned to high Microsoft standards.”

When it arrives at your crib, it will be “repackaged in its own Microsoft Certified Refurbished box with all standard accessories and manuals included – just like new.”

Plus, if something does happen, there is a “90-day warranty, plus additional extended warranty options.”

So how much does it cost? An Xbox Series X Certified Refurbished Consle costs $449.99, a white Certified Refurbished Series S costs $249.99, and the most recent black 1TB SSD Series S will only cost $299.99.

If you want to customize your new Xbox Series X console, you can pick up a console wrap to add flair. Microsoft is having a sale on the Starfield, Artic, and Mineral camo wraps.
