The ‘Houdini’ singer performed a special one-off gig at London’s Royal Albert Hall last month which saw a guest appearance from Sir Elton John. Now, it has been revealed that fans will be able to watch Lipa’s primetime concert special An Evening With Dua Lipa, on Sunday (December 8) on ITV.

An Evening With Dua Lipa saw the pop singer perform alongside a 43-piece Heritage Orchestra, a 14-strong choir and seven-piece band.

The show was filled with special moments, including a surprise appearance from Sir Elton John who joined for ‘Cold Heart’, the live debut of  ‘Radical Optimism‘ track ‘End Of An Era’, and a cover of Cleo Sol‘s ‘Sunshine’. Check out more details of the performance, and everything Lipa played, here.

The primetime special will be interspersed with intimate interviews, in which Lipa reflects on the pivotal moments that have shaped her life and illustrious career.

“Getting to perform at The Royal Albert Hall was unlike anything I’ve ever done,” the singer shared in a press release.

“For the longest time, I’ve had this idea to reimagine my music with an orchestra, and when I was making ‘Radical Optimism’, I was constantly thinking about the live element and how these songs would transform on stage, so when The Royal Albert Hall show came up, it presented itself as the perfect opportunity to not only reconstruct these songs, but also celebrate them in such a beautiful and intimate way.

“The experience was entirely thrilling and equally rewarding. It was a dream come true, and something I’ll always take with me.”

Along with the date for the primetime special, the ‘Training Season’ singer has also announced her live album ‘Dua Lipa Live From The Royal Albert Hall’. The LP will feature a reimagined version of ‘Radical Optimism’ performed in its entirety front-to-back, along with several of her previous hit songs.
