Announced today (October 22), the new run of shows will see the Finnish rock band take their ‘Weirdo’ tour on the road across the continent throughout late 2025.

Six new UK dates have been added to the schedule, kicking off with a night at the SWG3 Galvanizers Yard venue in Glasgow on November 30, and continuing the following week with shows in Manchester and Cardiff on December 1 and 2.

From there, a show at the Shepherds Bush Empire in London is scheduled for December 4, as is a follow-up stop at the 1865 venue in Southampton the following night (5). The dates conclude with a final date at Nottingham’s Rock City on December 6.

The UK dates come after a huge stretch of European shows The Rasmus have planned, beginning in Tampere, Finland on September 12. In total, nine shows across the band’s home country are lined up to kick off the tour. These are then followed by stops around Germany, Greece, Poland, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and more throughout October and November.

“It’s been a while since we went on tour, so we’re really excited to be heading out all over the world in 2025,” the band said. “It’s shaping up to be a massive tour and there’s more dates to come. We can’t wait to hang out with our fans. It’s going to be fun to see them again, we’re like family.”

“We are very excited to work with Better Noise Music, I can’t think of a better international home for THE RASMUS,” said a spokesperson for the band in a new statement. “The band’s new material is harder and darker and fits the label perfectly.”

“Better Noise Music have been watching and waiting in the shadows for an opportunity to work with The Rasmus,” added Dan Waite, CEO of Better Noise Music. “The Rasmus are a band that elicit a strong warm and positive response from everyone we talk to, and we can’t wait for people to see what they have planned for 2025.”

The Rasmus released their most recent album, ‘Rise’, in 2022.
