Kenstrosity Needs Our Help after Losing Home in Hurricane Helene-related Flooding

You are probably aware that Hurricane Helene has left widespread devastation across the southeastern United States, with North Carolina particularly hard-hit. Torrential rains caused historic flooding and mudslides in the western part of the state, cutting off roads and driving residents from their homes. Much of the area has been without services and many were evacuated with only meager belongings.

Unfortunately, our much-beloved writer and walking ray of human sunshine Kenstrosity was directly impacted by the heavy flooding that followed Hurricane Helene. Kenstrosity‘s apartment complex was completely demolished with all his belongings lost in the flooding. Currently, he’s in a disaster zone trying to find new housing with basically nothing but the clothes on his back.

In the short term, he will need help with clothing, food, and basic supplies as he puts his life back in order. A GoFundMe page has been set up to help with expenses in this very challenging time. If you can help out by contributing, that would be a great thing and very metal of you.

When the going gets tough, the metal community rallies around its own, so join us in sending a lifeline to Kenstrosity in his time of need.
