Vocal Group VROMANCE Decide to Part Ways

Male vocal group VROMANCE have announced that they have disbanded.

On September 19, RBW announced through the group’s fancafe, that after a careful discussion with the VOMANCE members Janghyun, Hyunkyu and Hyunseok have decided to end group activities.

RBW offered their gratitude to the VOMANCE members who had been in the company for 8 years, and ask fans (VOCCOLI) to send encouragement for their new beginnings.

Additionally, Hyunkyu wrote on his Instagram

This is Park Hyun Kyu.

After thinking about it, I’m going to grab a pen and write it down, but I’m still hesitating what to say first.

First of all, I’m just so sorry to give you other news than happy news. I would have always cheered and waited for VROMANCE, but from the moment the members decided to live their own lives, I couldn’t decide how to talk about it.

But I want you to know that it’s not because there are absolutely any other issues but because it’s a decision made after a lot of conversations. We’ve been running together for a long time, but now we’ve come to the conclusion that our lives and music have become more important, and it’s time to focus on that. After that decision, Park Hyun-kyu, who has been alone for a while, has become mute, so he has become a bit more careful when communicating or meeting with you.

I’m so sorry to have worried you.

It’s a very sad ending, but I’d like to say that I’d appreciate your support for the members who are now on a new start.

Thank you very much and I will continue to sing hard without forgetting the fans who loved VROMANCE Thank you.

And I love you!

I would like to thank all RBW members and all the members who have been with me on my journey so far! May you be happy all the time!

VROMANCE originally debuted in 2016 as a four member group with the single “She” and quickly gained attention for their superior vocals.

We wish VROMANCE the best in their future endeavors.
