The lawyer for Jasveen Sangha – the so called ‘Ketamine Queen’ accused of supplying drugs to Matthew Perry – has claimed she never met the late actor.

Sangha, who has pleaded not guilty, is one of five people arrested last month in connection with the death of the Friends star.
She is accused by authorities of supplying Perry with the doses of ketamine that killed him and is currently facing nine charges in connection with his death. Perry was found dead on October 28, 2023.
But Sangha’s lawyer Mark Geragos has now said his client had no connection to the actor, according to ABC7 News.
“My client never met Matthew Perry, has nothing to do with Matthew Perry and all the supposed rumours otherwise are just that, urban legend,” Geragos added.

Geragos also took issue with the nickname he claims the US Attorney’s Office has given his client – ‘Ketamine Queen’.
But in a statement, the US Attorney’s Office retorted the claim. “We never claimed to have given her the ‘Ketamine Queen’ nickname. That is something her customers – Erik Fleming [the broker who allegedly helped Perry obtain ketamine] included, did.”
US Attorney Martin Estrada previously said Sangha “sold the batch of ketamine that resulted in Mr. Perry’s death on October 28th”.
But Geragos has now said: “This theory that the so-called fatal dose is somehow linked to my client is absolute garbage.”
Sangha’s case is set to go to trial in March 4 2025. One of the other defendants, Dr Salvador Plasencia has also pleaded not guilty to illegally selling ketamine to Perry in the month before his death and will also go on trial in March.
The three other defendants – Dr Mark Chavez, Eric Fleming, and Perry’s live-in assistant Kenneth Iwamasa have already pleaded guilty to the charges against them.
