TRENDZ Make a “DREAMLIKE” Comeback with 4th Mini Album

TRENDZ, who are back with a new look, released their 4th EP Album “DREAMLIKE” on June 12.

From their debut in 2022, TRENDZ have shown a wide range of concepts and diverse charms, including bright and refreshing songs with messages of salvation and hope has once again returned with new music.

The title song is ‘GLOW’, which was written by members Eunil, ra.L, and Hankook, and tells the story of a dream that will overcome any hardship and shine brightly in the end. The conviction that every day we spend together will shine in the end is cheerfully expressed through a groovy and sophisticated pop song with exotic string instruments and funky bass.

The second track ‘Out of Control’  is a Hiphop-style song with a retro sound. It contains the message of escaping from the current fragmented and standardized system, finding a dream, and moving toward a world beyond one dimension, without knowing what awaits.

The third track ‘Learn to Love’ English Ver. is a Pop Ballad that goes beyond the limits defined by ‘trends’ and features a classic song progression and simple arrangement from the 90s, when Korean Pop Ballad achieved the greatest growth. It sings the story of ordinary people, depicting the process of learning one by one about their sincere feelings for each other, something that no one or anywhere teaches.

The fourth track is ‘Go Up’ (Live Band Ver.) is a tropical house-based dance song that combines the cool pluck sound with the trend’s emotional voice. The song was released earlier this year and has been reborn as a live band version. The lyrics convey warm consolation to those who are tired and struggling, as well as to myself, as well as the meaning of growth, with TRENDZ going one step higher in the future.

TRENDZ which successfully completed its first world tour in five European countries just two years after its debut, proving its potential as a ‘global rookie’, will hold overseas performances in the Americas and Europe along with ‘DREAMLIKE’ activities, and KCON JAPAN 2024. They plan to engage in a variety of activities, including online and offline content production with Indonesia. Also, as they are scheduled to debut in Japan on July 31st in collaboration with Avex, a large Japanese management company, more attention is being paid to their future global moves.
