NCT‘s Haechan was Mark‘s first kiss?!

Recently, NCT released Episode 4 of Doyoung and Haechan’s MUK 2 U online show. It featured Mark and Johnny, who joined their fellow members for beer, chicken, and conversation.
At one moment, they reflected on each other’s growth, having known each other for many years. Doyoung recalled witnessing a fight between Haechan and Mark, specifically when they were trainees. Haechan confessed, “I was the one who picked the fight.”
I remember seeing it, it was on the first floor In front of the mirror in the first floor hallway.

Haechan also revealed that 80% of his and Mark’s fighting resulted from being “too touchy.” Skinskip got him in trouble with Mark!
Mark was taking a break from practice by lying on the floor when Haechan saw him. Looking at Mark from above, Haechan claims he “lost control” and kissed Mark, who was defenseless and upset. This resulted in an over two-hour-long “fight” between the two, which Doyoung partially witnessed.

Haechan: He was lying down like this during break.
Mark: Listen to the story…
Haechan: I was looking down at him and kissed him.
Mark: He was out of his mind, I was lying down.
Haechan: I got yelled at so badly.
The clip went viral with 1.2M views on X (formerly Twitter) at the time of writing. NCTzens couldn’t get over the absurd story.

Haechan even admitted to an NCTzen that the kiss was, in fact, near the lips. Since they were sixth graders then, it was likely their first kisses.

This new trivia about the NCT members shook the fandom. Yet, many couldn’t blame Haechan, and it certainly explained a lot about their dynamic. Past content has shown Mark panicking upon hearing Haechan’s name and “kiss” in the same sentence.
