HyunA has been gearing up for her new comeback with the EP Attitude, set to release on May 2. It’s her first album with her new label, AT AREA, and her first comeback in nearly two years with her last album, Nabillera, released in July 2022 under P Nation.
While she is getting a lot of support for finally releasing new music, there are still many netizens whose opinion of HyunA has dropped significantly after she was revealed to be dating Yong Jun Hyung, who was a known participant in the notorious Rising Sun Scandal. Despite the ongoing criticism she’s facing, HyunA has appeared in public with Jun Hyung numerous times and seems happy in the relationship.

HyunA’s most loyal fans are the only people showing their support for her, though. Former AOA member Jimin, who was also caught up in a massive bullying scandal involving her former fellow member Mina back in 2021, has cleaned up her name over the past few years for the most part. While there are still plenty of people who don’t view her positively, she also has a pretty solid fanbase of people who are supporting her these days.

Many of them were disappointed, however, when Jimin made a post on her personal Instagram account with HyunA, publicly promoting Attitude. In a collage, the two girls pose playfully together and showcase their close friendship.

Though there are a few positive comments on the post, the overwhelming majority of the top comments are critical of Jimin’s support and pleading with her not to associate with HyunA.
Jimin and HyunA have been close friends for some time, so it’s not surprising that the two are still spending time together. They appeared together on Jimin’s Instagram account back in December as well.
