On March 3, 2024, Sports Seoul reported that High Up Entertainment garnered ₩14.3 billion KRW (about $10.5 million USD) in 2023 alone. This surpassed the previous year’s ₩10.2 billion KRW (about $7.55 million USD).
Accordingly, as their only artists, STAYC’s salary increased as well. They were paid a total of ₩112 million KRW (about $83,000 USD) as a group from 2023’s January to December. Splitting the sum amongst the members, each member would have earned ₩171 million KRW (about $126,000 USD) in the entire year. The amount is at least five times more than what their peers are earning as fresh graduates, based on average numbers.
The group only had two Korean releases in 2023, making waves with “Bubble” and “Teddy Bear.”
