Rapper Zico is the founder of KOZ Entertainment which houses himself and BOYNEXTDOOR as artists. He works in the building of HYBE as it is their parent company, focusing mostly on the artists side of things.
On the variety show Omniscient Interfering View, Zico showed the cast and viewers a list of things that he does in a typical work day.
Check them out below!
1. Prepares for Meetings
First up, Zico started his day by reviewing the agenda of a meeting he would be attending later. When the host commented that he was “like an office worker,” he agreed right away. It was a stark contrast to the rapper image that he has in public.
I’m writing down the things I need to comment on at the meeting.

2. Attends Meeting #1
The topic of the first meeting was on BOYNEXTDOOR’s reality show content. Zico listened intently to the suggestions of the staff before giving his input. As someone who was previously in a boy group, he knew just what to say to make things go more smoothly.
I hope they get grouped with members they haven’t been with for different aspects to show up more.

3. Attends Meeting #2
Zico had to attend another meeting right after, this time focusing on his role as an artist and not as a producer. He was reminded by his team to “work hard” to have a better year ahead.
There is a need for you to work hard as a player in order to achieve the goal. You worked hard as a producer last year but this year, there is a need for you to work hard as a player.

4. Meeting BOYNEXTDOOR
Finally for this day, Zico made time to meet two members of BOYNEXTDOOR, the first boy group of his company. It was obvious from their conversation that the former was paying close attention to their health and activities.
During the awarding ceremony, when it came to sleep…you slept for an hour, and that’s if you could sleep.
