Recently, a Reddit user compiled a list of the 100 most-upvoted K-Pop albums on the K-Pop subreddit in order to see which artists appeared the most times, and how they compared to each other. Interestingly, the list was overwhelmingly dominated by girl groups and female artists, with 85 belonging to them and only 14 belonging to male artists.
