GOT7‘s BamBam hosts his own YouTube show called BamHouse. Recently, fellow member Mark was featured on a Special Episode where they reminisced about their past as trainees.

The two entered JYP Entertainment as foreigners who did not go to in-person school like the rest of the trainees. As such, they spent a significant amount of time with each other.
As a trainee, I think I spent the most time with Bam.

They led a secret life that none of the staff at JYP Entertainment were privy to, and it all started at 10 AM when no one was around.
BamBam: We were the only ones who didn’t go to school.
Mark: Right. Because the two of us didn’t go to school we had to go to the agency by 10 AM.

It was so early, they needed to open the heater inside the building themselves.
What would we do in the building at 10? It was so cold! The heater wasn’t even on. We had to go turn it on.

Mark and BamBam were meant to be practicing during this time, but they spent the morning playing around and sleeping instead. They even made sure to avoid the CCTV cameras so they would leave no trace of their rebellious behavior.
We’d been there a while now, so we knew where the security cameras were. We could sleep where there weren’t any cameras. We’d eat what was served, brush our teeth then we’d go and scan in. We’d go into the vocal rooms, lay down…we’d turn on the heater, wear our padded jackets, then say, ‘Let’s just sleep until 11.’

Once the staff finally started arriving an hour later, the two pretended that they had been practicing the entire time and thus deserved another break.
We’d wake up at 11 and pretend we had practiced because the employees start coming to work then. [We’d say] ‘let’s go grab a bite!’ Then we’d go eat breakfast.
