After completing 40 successful READY TO BE shows in 2023, TWICE took a short break over the holidays and returned to tour with two sold-out shows at Foro Sol stadium in Mexico City, Mexico.

With their grand return to the stage, they were able to bring back their captivating solo stages, fun unit performances, they had their debut performance of their most recent single, “I Got You,” and showed off their close bond as a group.

Many unforgettable moments from their first two sold-out shows of 2024 went viral, but there was one viral moment that member Dahyun personally wanted to clarify.
During the show, long strings of confetti fell from the stage, wrapping around the members as they tried to perform.

As the jumbo screens behind them broadcast what was happening on stage for fans around the stadium to get a close-up view, a quick camera change made it seem as if TWICE’s Dahyun was unknowingly pulling on a string of confetti that was wrapped around Mina‘s neck.

As netizens shared their reactions to the video, Dahyun took to the popular artist-to-fan communication app Bubble to clarify that she was not the culprit.
Dahyun hilariously named Momo as the member who had unknowingly pulled the confetti that was wrapped around Mina. The camera change had only made it seem like it was Dahyun.
A full video of the moment showed that confetti had wrapped around Momo’s waist, and the ends of the same pieces were wrapped around Mina, so neither member knew they were attached via the confetti as they walked.
