Netflix‘s hit Korean reality dating show Single’s Inferno 3 concluded with its finale this week, finally revealing four couples who escaped Inferno.

Choi Min Woo and Yu Si Eun made history as the first contestants to become a couple despite never going to Paradise together. The two fell in love while in Inferno.

Netizens noticed a critical difference between Min Woo’s comment on Si Eun’s post and the other female contestants. Take for instance, the one below for Choi Hye Seon.

Min Woo was the youngest contestant, so all the women would be noona (honorific, meaning “older sister”) to him. Yet, Si Eun and Min Woo bonded, initially assuming they were the same age. Even after they discovered their ages, he never referred to her as noona on the show.
