In 2023, FIFTY FIFTY saw a meteoric rise in popularity, shortly followed by a dramatic downfall as the members got entangled in a long legal fight with their agency ATTRAKT. While they claimed issues with finances and personal well-being, the agency said the members were being poached by a third party. In the end, three of the four members ended up departing from the group and ATTRAKT, while Keena went back.

As Keena is currently promoting as the sole face of FIFTY FIFTY, the three former members have maintained a low profile. However, on December 29, a fan account of the group shared an update about them based on a letter forwarded by the members’ legal team on December 17.
FIGHT FOR FIFI recently reached out to the legal team representing former FIFTY FIFTY members Saena, Sio, and Aran to ask how fans could support their ongoing legal proceedings.

The fan account mentioned that they had reached out to the former members’ legal teams to ask if fans could support their ongoing legal proceedings in any way, and in response, the team forwarded a message from the former members with permission to share it publicly. The letter mentioned that although Saena (Jeong Sehyun), Sio (Jeong Jiho), and Aran (Jeong Eunnah) are no longer artists under ATTRAKT, they are continuing their training while looking for new agencies to represent them.
Currently, we have achieved the dissolution of the exclusive contract through mutual notification, which was the ultimate goal of the lawsuit, and are no longer artists under the management of ATTRAKT. Thus, there is no special legal assistance that fans can give us in the current situation.
However, the three members Jeong Jiho, Jeong Sehyung, and Jeong Eunah are continuing to practice while recovering their health, and are working to find new management.
