Over the past few years, TikTok challenges have become very common in K-Pop, allowing idols to interact and dance to each other’s songs while focusing on the “point choreography.”
ITZY recently released the video for their song “BORN TO BE,” wowing netizens with their hardcore choreography and concept.

Unsurprisingly, like most releases, after the video was posted, ITZY shared the TikTok challenge for the song. As expected from the queens of performance, it was powerful, fast, and very detailed.

When the challenge was released, netizens immediately dubbed it as one of the “toughest,” joking that idols were basically going to be running away from ITZY to avoid doing it.

While some joked about the difficulty, others weren’t as sure about the desire to be this tough. In particular, some shared that dance challenges are supposed to be fun and inclusive for fans, but this only works for those with dancing skills.

While netizens couldn’t figure out who could possibly do a challenge this difficult, one person came to shine. In the video, the male guest surprised netizens with his unreal fluidity when it came to the sassy yet complicated choreography.

Yet, it shouldn’t have been surprising as netizens’ praise made them realize it should be expected as the person in the video is legendary choreographer Choi Young Jun, who choreographed this dance for ITZY.

While it seems tough, there will definitely be some idols ready to step up to the plate and there are talented MIDZYs worldwide who will no doubt slay.
