Thank Goodness It’s Pink Friday.
After a few slight delays, Nicki Minaj celebrates her birthday by finally releasing her fifth studio album and the second installment of her Pink Friday album series.
Stacked at 22 tracks, Pink Friday 2 is spearheaded by the previous singles “Super Freaky Girl“, “Red Ruby Da Sleeze“, and “Last Time I Saw You“. The 41-year-old rapper continues to hold her own weight on the standouts “Are You Gone Already”, “Barbie Dangerous”, “Beep Beep”, “Pink Birthday”, “Just The Memories”, and many more.
The long-awaited project also features a star-studded list of guests from Lil Wayne (“RNB”) to Future (“Nicki Hendrix”). Elsewhere, she reunites with Drake on “Needle”, connects with J.Cole on “Let Me Calm Down”, and links with Lil Uzi Vert with “Everybody”. Other features include Tate Kobang, Lourdiz, Skillibeng, Skeng, and Tasha Cobbs Leonard.
Pink Friday 2 is the follow-up to Nicki’s 2010 debut album, Pink Friday and its 2012 deluxe version, Pink Friday…Roman Reloaded. It is also her first solo album in over five years following Queen in 2018.
