ARMYs Notice A New Habit Of BTS’s Jungkook When He Communicates With Fans

Netizens have noticed a cute habit BTS‘s Jungkook has lately when he’s writing to ARMYs.

On November 14, Jungkook shared a questionnaire with fans for a special event where he asked questions to ARMYs, with many sending ARMYs into delulu land.

Before the questions were shown, Jungkook wrote a letter to the fans. In particular, netizens noticed that there were brackets in all of the versions. Netizens quickly noticed from the English version that the main text was written in a more formal manner, whereas everything in the brackets seemed more informal and chatty.

In particular, in the second paragraph, while the initial sentence is quite straight to the point, the words in parenthesis show Jungkook’s true feelings about the event and why he wants to do it.

It isn’t the first time Jungkook has done this, with many netizens seeing it as a cute habit. In particular, back in October, Jungkook posted on Weverse, and his messages had a similar structure. In particular, one post asked what ARMYs are doing, but in brackets, explains it was because he misses them.

Yet, although it was a topic on Korean forums, it also wasn’t missed by international ARMYs, especially those who knew how to translate Korean. On X, many ARMYs shared how cute Jungkook’s new habit is and that even though he did the same for the English letter, the message was better conveyed in Korean.

It’s so cute when he writes in informal like a friend, and back to formal like the polite cutie he is

Hi?
(Hello, Army! It’s me Jungkook.)

(..) Read it well and answer them
(I would be really greatful if you could write your honest thoughts!)

In his letter to ARMY, Jungkook uses informal expression and then uses honorific expression that corresponds to that informal expression in the parentheses. It’s like when he posted on Weverse on October 9. But the English translation can’t really convey this fully https://t.co/jSrblMcyqu pic.twitter.com/bDy3eiEGhX

As always, Jungkook shows his love for ARMYs in any way possible, and it’s the small details that netizens love the most.
