Though there are more K-Pop groups these days than in the past not using position titles — such as main vocalists, rappers, and dancers — it’s still something that is pretty common in the industry. The “main” position is generally given to the member who is determined to be the most skillful in that area in their group, while “lead” positions are also highly talented members in their respective fields. However, there are some idols with rapper positions that are actually phenomenal vocalists, and could arguably have a vocalist position in their group too!
