SM Entertainment‘s annual Halloween party, SMTOWN Wonderland, is an event many fans worldwide look forward to! Many of SM’s artists show up dressed to impress for the Halloween party, and though there was not an event this year, many of the costumes have remained iconic to this day.
Here are ten of the best costumes from SM Idols over the years!
1. NCT’s Taeyong and Jungwoo
Twilight was one of the biggest romance series in the 2010s, so Taeyong and Jungwoo dressing as Edward and Bella post-transformation was a hit!

Even if you don’t get the reference, you can admire how accurate the look was!
3. SHINee
The 2013 party was supposedly the first time any artist dressed up for the party. Minho was absent due to filming at the time, but there are plenty of hilarious photos of dressed-up SHINee beside their normally dressed coworkers.
It is said that after this, dressing up became the standard!
4. NCT DREAM’s Chenle
Many were unsure how Chenle would outdo his Pennywise look, but he managed to do just that as The Nun.

5. SHINee’s Key and Onew
While SHINee always bring it for the Halloween costume contest, the year that Key dressed as Ronald McDonald and Onew as KFC‘s Colonel was especially memorable.

What made this look even better was her commitment to the bit, embodying the character in clips shared.
7. TVXQ’s Max and Changmin
With the popularity of the One Piece live-action series, it’s only appropriate to include Max and Yunho as Ace and Zoro.
