Due to a family curse, teacher Han Hae Na turns into a dog at midnight for six hours after kissing someone. This transformation repeats itself until they kiss the same person. Her love interest, fellow teacher Jin Seo Won, who hates dogs, accidentally kisses her.
It tells the story of a woman who turns into a dog when she kisses, and a man who is the only cheat key to solve the curse but is afraid of dogs.

While K-Drama fans are used to sixteen episodes, A Good Day to Be a Dog is shorter than average, with fourteen episodes. And while the first couple of episodes captivated viewers, it was cut short at Episode 3. There was no Episode 4 the next day. Fans were left with a cliffhanger that was straight out of the Webtoon.
Fans were shocked to see that they would have to wait two entire weeks to find out what happened. It appears A Good Day to Be a Dog is on hiatus.

Netizens say that they will likely forget the plot by then. Many were shocked and confused.
While the K-Drama has received surprisingly low ratings, thankfully, it is not the cause for the hiatus. It’s actually due to the Korean Baseball Organization’s 2023 KBO semi-playoffs. The games are airing instead of the K-Drama.
